COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -


The 2007 Mountain West Conference Volleyball Championship will be televised, with The Mtn. - MountainWest Sports Network and CSTV providing the coverage. All four of Thursday's quarterfinal matches and Friday's first semifinal contest will be shown live on The Mtn., with the second semifinal to be shown via same-day tape delay at 7:00 p.m. (PT). For the fourth straight season, the MWC Tournament championship match will be broadcast live nationally on CSTV. The 2007 MWC Volleyball Championship will be held Nov. 21-24 at Cox Pavilion on the campus of UNLV.

To supplement CSTV's national coverage, the championship contest will also be streamed live as part of the CSTV All-Access package, available on the CSTV (www.cstv.com) and MWC ( www.themwc.com) Web sites.

Bill Doleman will call the play-by-play and Amy Gant will be the color analyst. A native of Fairbury, Neb., Doleman is a veteran sportscaster who has called games for ABC Sports, Fox Sports Net, the NCAA, CSTV and ESPN Networks. He has done extensive broadcast work with the Mountain West, Missouri Valley and other conferences. He has covered football, basketball and baseball, as well as Olympic sports including volleyball, gymnastics and wrestling. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, Doleman was the play-by-play announcer for the 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2005 MWC Volleyball Championships.

Gant, a 1998 graduate of BYU, brings an extensive volleyball background to television. She was a three-time All-American for the Cougars and played for the U.S. National Team from January 1998 to September 1999. An NCAA Woman of the Year top 10 finalist, Gant has been the color analyst for the past seven Mountain West Conference Volleyball Championships.
