WEEK 10 REVIEW
Colorado State (18-4, 10-1 MWC) maintained its slight lead in the league standings with a three-set win over Wyoming last Friday in Fort Collins, Colo. Thanks to road victories at San Diego State and Air Force, second-place TCU (21-5, 10-2 MWC) kept pace with CSU in the standings, while Utah (15-7, 8-2 MWC) remains third after defeating UNLV in its only action on the week. Fourth, fifth and sixth place were sustained by BYU (12-10, 6-4 MWC), New Mexico (16-8, 7-5 MWC) and San Diego State (10-12, 4-7 MWC), respectively, while the final three spots in the Conference rankings concurrently belong to UNLV (6-14, 4-8 MWC), Wyoming (10-15, 1-10 MWC) and Air Force (8-16, 0-11 MWC).
WEEK 11 PREVIEW
The final month of the Conference season begins on Thursday with four matches on the docket. League-leader Colorado State hosts Air Force, and second-place TCU welcomes BYU, while San Diego State visits Wyoming and Utah travels to New Mexico. The BYU-TCU contest will be shown via 90-minute tape delay on The Mtn. beginning at 8:30 p.m. CT. Saturday's league slate will see San Diego State at Colorado State, Utah at TCU, Air Force at Wyoming and BYU at New Mexico. In non-conference play, Wyoming will host Colorado Christian on Tuesday, while UNLV takes on Nevada Thursday.
