CONFERENCE RACE HEATS UP WEEK 11 PREVIEW The 20th-ranked Rams and Utah also have non-conference matches scheduled for Tuesday. CSU will visit Denver, while the Utes take on Utah State. COLORADO STATE AT SAN DIEGO STATE MATCH RESCHEDULED MWC QUICK HITS BYU -- BYU had a season-high 13 service aces vs. Air Force...Senior Chelsea Goodman had four aces, while sophomore Stephanie Lau and junior Rachel Dyer had three apiece...The Cougars held the Falcons to a -.072 hitting percentage, which is the first time this year BYU has held an opponent to a negative attack efficiency...Sophomore Ashton Hansen had a career-high 12 kills vs. Wyoming. Colorado State -- Colorado State was swept by UNLV in its only action of the week...The loss to the Rebels was the Rams' first three-game loss this year...CSU is now 10-1 in three-game matches in 2007...Colorado State's next win will be the 650th in the program's history. New Mexico -- Junior Gayle Tripp picked up 20 digs against TCU over the weekend to up her career total to 1,060 and move her into third place on the UNM all-time career digs list...Her digs total is also eighth all-time in MWC history...The Lobos' next conference victory will be their seventh, which will be the most by a UNM team since joining the conference in 1999. San Diego State -- SDSU's match vs. Colorado State was postponed due to wildfires in San Diego last week...The Aztecs-Rams match is rescheduled for Sunday, November 3, at 11:30 a.m. PT. TCU -- Freshman Christy Hudson collected her second double-double of the season vs. New Mexico (16 kills, 12 digs)...As a team, the Horned Frogs had 72 kills vs. the Lobos, which is their third-highest total of the season. UNLV -- The Rebels pushed their winning streak to six matches with their sweep of then-No. 18 Colorado State last Thursday...Matched with UNLV's win over then-12th-ranked BYU on Sept. 13, this marks the first time in the program's history that the Rebels have knocked off two Top-25 teams in the same season. Utah -- As a team, Utah hit a season-best .355 vs. Utah Valley...Junior Lori Baird had a season-best hitting efficiency of .632 vs. Wyoming, which ranks as the third-best individual hitting percentage in the conference this season (min. 12 kills). Wyoming -- Senior Rachel Smith tallied 32 kills in two matches last week, giving her a total of 1,475 for her career, which moves her into third all-time in school history...Smith also currently ranks third all-time in MWC history in kills.
