Four Mountain West Conference Volleyball Matches to Be Televised Nationally
Oct. 9, 2008 COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Four MWC volleyball matches will be televised nationally this week with The Mtn. - MountainWest Sports Network and CBS College Sports Network broadcasting one live match apiece, and BYU-TV airing two live matches that will also be shown on a tape-delayed basis on The Mtn.The television slate begins Thursday, October 9, with the UNLV at Utah match airing live on The Mtn. at 7 p.m. MT, while San Diego State at BYU will broadcast live on BYU-TV at 7 p.m. MT and re-air on The Mtn. Friday, October 10 at 8 p.m. MT. Saturday's UNLV at BYU contest will be shown live on BYU-TV at 7 p.m. MT and re-aired on The Mtn. Sunday, October 12 at 2 p.m. MT. New Mexico at No. 13 Colorado State is set for a live broadcast on CBS College Sports at 1 p.m. MT Sunday. Currently, The Mtn. is carried nationally by DIRECTV (Channel 616) and 29 cable operators representing over 200 municipalities in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. CBS College Sports Network (Channel 613) and VERSUS (Channel 603) are also available nationally on DIRECTV. Check local TV listings for broadcasts in your area.
