The Colorado State volleyball team will host its spring tournament Saturday, April 7th at Weber Junior High School. The Rams will compete against the University of Colorado at 9:30 a.m., and the USA National Training team at 12:30 p.m. Admission is free.

"I'm excited about the improvements our team has been making so far in the spring," said Head Coach Tom Hilbert. "It is important that we continue to develop, and competing against these two teams provides a great opportunity to test ourselves."

Colorado State is coming off a 20-10 season in which the Rams won their seventh Mountain West Title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the 12th year in a row. CSU returns six starters, including All-MWC performers Tonya Mokelki, Mekana Barnes and Mountain West Tournament MVP Jaime Strauss.

Colorado State will conclude the spring season with a road match against the defending National Champions the University of Nebraska on April 14th in Lincoln.
