COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - BYU senior Barbora Zahnova has been named Mountain West Conference Women's Tennis Players of the Week. Zahnova, a Trnava, Slovakia, product, posted a straight set singles win at the No. 1 position and a No. 1 doubles win over in-state conference rival No. 75 Utah. Along with Hadley Macfarlane, Zahnova opened the match beating Sheri Esrock and Cinthia Saucedo, 8-4. She then went on to notch a victory over Sheri Esrock, 6-1, 6-1, as the Cougars were victorious in the first conference match of the season, 7-0.
