COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Wyoming junior Yuliani Santi has been named Mountain West Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week after posting a 2-0 record in singles competition and, along with Jennifer Hancock, going 1-1 in doubles play last week.

Santi, a Bali, Indonesia, product, began the week defeating Wichita State's Ana Exeni at No. 2 singles play, 7-5, 6-2. Against #66 Nebraska, she was victorious over Jennifer Baccarani (2-6, 6-4 [10-6]) at the No. 1 position and teamed with Hancock to beat Leslie Harvey and Baccarani, 8-5, at No. 1 doubles. This is the first weekly honor for Santi, who is 9-6 on the season (2-0 dual).
