COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The NCAA YES Softball Clinic scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 15, in Fort Collins, Colo., has been cancelled due to lack of registrations. The free clinic, provided by the NCAA YES (Youth Education Through Sports) Program and the Mountain West Conference, is offered at various NCAA and Conference Championship sites. The conference program provides a unique opportunity for youth to enhance skills in non-traditional sports, meet collegiate coaches and student-athletes and focus on educational programming particularly directed at self-esteem and athletics participation. The program promotes the NCAA's primary purpose to develop educational leadership, physical fitness and athletics participation.
