The race for the MWC title continues as the women's soccer teams finish regular-season play this weekend. UNLV currently stands in first place with 13 points, followed closely by BYU (12), Utah (11) and San Diego State (10).

On Friday, Nov. 2, BYU will face league-leading UNLV, beginning at 7 p.m. PT. Other matches this weekend include Air Force at New Mexico, TCU at San Diego State and Utah at Wyoming.

The Mountain West Conference Women's Soccer Championships will be held next week, Nov. 7-10, in Provo, Utah. Seedings for the bracket will be determined following the end of regular-season play. The semifinal rounds on Thursday, Nov. 8, will be televised live on The Mtn., at 1 and 4 p.m. MT. The championship game will be televised via tape delay on CSTV, Sunday, Nov. 11 at 6 p.m. MT.

The winner of the MWC Championship will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament.
