COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Utah sophomore forward Lauren Hair and BYU junior defender Andrea Willis have been named Mountain West Conference Women's Soccer Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively.

Hair, a native of Alpine, Utah, scored three goals, including two game-winners over the weekend. The sophomore knocked in two goals in the 4-3 win against Seattle, including a penalty kick and the fourth goal of the game in the second half. Against Wyoming, Hair scored the winning goal in the Utes' 1-0 double-overtime win. After only scoring one goal prior to last weekend, she brought her total to four in less than 48 hours.

Willis, a Riverside, Calif., product, led BYU to a 1-0 win over Air Force last weekend. Her strong play helped BYU limit Air Force to only two shots in the entire game, including none on goal. Willis and the Cougar defense combined for their 10th shutout of the year and fifth in conference play. The two shots allowed are the fewest for a BYU opponent this season.
