Conference play continues for all eight teams this week. On Thursday, Oct. 18, San Diego State hosts nationally-ranked BYU live on The Mtn., beginning at 4 p.m. PT. Also on Thursday, No. 27 Utah will host Air Force at 7:30 p.m. MT.

TCU leads the conference race with a 2-1 mark, followed by Utah and UNLV with 1-0-1 records. BYU, New Mexico, San Diego State and Wyoming are all tied for fourth place with 1-1 records.

MWC student-athletes are among the best in the nation. Utah's Kelly Isleib ranks first for assists average (0.92 apg). Teammate Adele Letro is third in the nation for goals per game (1.077) and fifth for points per game (2.28 ppg). BYU's Erika Woodbury stands in third place for her goals against average (.354) and fifth for her saves percentage (.906).
