• Utah leads the way after the first weekend of conference play. The Utes went 2-0, defeating UNLV and #15/#11 BYU in Salt Lake City. They will travel to Air Force and New Mexico this weekend.

• This week's game featuring nationally-ranked BYU and San Diego State will be televised live on BYU-TV and via tape delay on the mtn. Fri., Oct. 13 at 3 and 9 p.m. MT. The mtn. also will feature the UNLV at Utah Soccer Insider, a behind-the-scenes look at the events leading up to the game. The documentary-style show will air Sat., Oct. 14 at 5 p.m. MT.

• BYU is ranked nationally in four categories, including goals-against average (11th), won-lost-tied percentage (19th), save percentage (14th) and shutout percentage (20th). Goalkeeper Erika Woodbury is also ranked nationally for her goals-against average (14th) and save percentage (17th). Wyoming's Ashley Sheppard is also ranked for her saves percentage (24th).
