MWC NOTABLES
• San Diego State is 7-1-1 in its last nine non-conference home matches, a streak dating back to 2008. After starting the season 2-2-0, the Aztecs have only lost once since and have posted a record of 3-1-2.
• Wyoming goalkeeper Courtney Merkle made a league-high 12 saves in the 1-1 double overtime tie with Boise State. She ranks second in the league with 29 saves this season.
• Utah will face Utah State at Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah this week. Rio Tinto serves as the home to the MLS team, Real Salt Lake.
• Five of UNLV's games have gone into extra periods, including a stretch of four straight. The Rebels are o-1-4 in those games.
• New Mexico's Jennifer Williams scored the winning goal vs. Texas. The game-winner was Williams fifth of the season and puts her in a tie for second place all-time for game-winners in a season. It was also Williams' sixth of her career which puts her in a tie for third place all-time at UNM with current Lobo junior Alexis Ball.
• Air Force earned its first home win of the season, a 1-0 victory over New Hampshire. Bridgett Murphy scored the winning goal in the 77th minute of the game.
