PROVO - After a week when BYU senior Jaime Rendich Beck earned Most Outstanding Offensive Player at the Big Toe Invitational and the Mountain West Conference Player of the Week, Rendich Beck was most recently named to two National teams.

She was one of five forwards named to the Soccer America Team of the Week, as well as the Soccer Buzz Elite Team of the Week. She is the second MWC player to be honored by each team this season.

Last week Rendich Beck netted game-winners in the Cougar wins over Texas (1-0) and Wisconsin (2-1 OT), followed by assists on both goals in a 2-0 shutout against Colgate.

Coming off back-to-back victories against ranked opponents, the perfect No. 15 Cougars (8-0-0) face their toughest opponent yet on Friday against No. 9 California at Berkley (6-1-1). BYU will turn right around for a game versus Eastern Washington on Saturday. Games times are set for 7 p.m., at South Stadium.
