Coming off back-to-back victories against ranked opponents, the perfect No. 15 Cougars (8-0-0) face their toughest opponent yet on Friday against No. 9 California at Berkley (6-1-1). BYU will turn right around for a game versus Eastern Washington on Saturday. Games times are set for 7 p.m., at South Stadium. Friday's game against California will be televised on BYUTV. Liz Eisenberg leads California's offensive attack, scoring six goals and posting one assist for 13 points. Right on her tail is Lindsay Clute who has found the back of the net five times in eight games. Tallying three goals and three assists, Dania Cabello has added nine points to the Golden Bears' offense. Ashley Sulprizio has saved the ball 19 times in 660 minutes of action.

Eastern Washington University tied Boise State 1-1, on Sunday, during the last game of the Third Annual Soccer Etc. Nike Classic in Boise. Cyeeta Mott Mott earned a spot on the All-Classic Team, accumulating four shots along with her second goal of the season. Goalkeeper Tiera Como captured eight saves which now ranks second in all-time career saves at EWU with 204. The win snapped a four-game losing streak.

Mott fronts the Eagle's offense, scoring two goals for four points. Beth Russell and Kelsey Tufnail have each posted one assist. Goalkeeper Tiera Como has amassed 57 saves during her 730 minutes in the net.
