Mountain West Conference Suspends TCU Head Women's Soccer Coach

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -
TCU head women's soccer coach Dan Abdalla has been suspended following his ejection from the Mississippi at TCU match on Sunday, August 31.
In addition to the automatic one-match suspension incurred under NCAA playing rules, Abdalla was assessed an additional one-match suspension for violating MWC Sportsmanship Rule 4.4.4.2. The ejection was Abdalla's second within one calendar year. He will be prohibited from coaching in TCU's next two matches.
The Mountain West Conference expressed appreciation for the support of the MWC Sportsmanship Policy by the TCU administration. The MWC will have no further comment regarding this case.
