COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Air Force senior Roni Yadlin and BYU senior Kellen Fowler were awarded NCAA 2008 Fall Sports Postgraduate Scholarships.

Yadlin, a four-year letterwinner for the Air Force women's soccer team, is slated to attend Oxford upon graduation. As a senior, Yadlin was second on the team with four goals and nine points.

The Irvine, Calif., native is also a four-time Academic All-Mountain West Conference honoree. She recently earned a 2009 Sportswomen of Colorado Inspiration Award and is also a member of the 2008 CoSIDA ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District Women's Soccer Team.

Fowler was a four-year letterwinner for the BYU football team as a safety. In his senior season, he was named an ESPN the Magazine All-American and named to the Academic All-MWC team. The Kaysville, Utah, native finished the 2008 campaign third on the team in tackles with 88.

The one-time grants of $7,500 each are awarded for fall sports, winter sports and spring sports. Each sports season (fall, winter and spring), there are 29 scholarships available for men and 29 scholarships available for women. The scholarships are one-time, non-renewable grants.
