SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah Women's Soccer Academy will again invade the University of Utah campus this summer. The Academy, directed by Utah head coach Rich Manning, will offer four weeks of soccer camps for girls of all ages and soccer backgrounds this June and July.

Last summer, the Academy hosted over 500 young players as they developed new skills, built confidence, shared their passion for the game and made new friends.

"The Academy is a great way to improve yourself and your game," says Manning. "Our goal is to challenge each player to be the best she can be, on and off the field. We have coaches that will push you out of your comfort zone while interacting with you in a positive way. At the end of the camp, we want you to be more....more educated on the game, more confident in yourself and more inspired to play your best. We welcome players of all abilities to come and join us for some great soccer and some great fun!"

The Utah Women's Soccer Academy features:
· All camps conducted University Utah coaches, players and alums
· Improve your game in the areas of skills, speed of play, scoring, reading and more
· Off the field learning sessions in the areas of communication, teamwork and more
· College recruiting seminar for high school aged players
· Videos, skits, music and more fun for all
· World class facilities, including Ute Soccer Field and Rice-Eccles Stadium
· Dorms and meals at the 2002 Winter Olympics Athletes' Village
· Free season ticket to 2007 Utah Women's Soccer games for all campers

Campers can register for all events by mail or on line. Visit the camp web site at www.utahwsa.com to sign up or to download a camp brochure. Space is limited so don't wait!
