TUCSON, Ariz. - Utah suffered its second straight loss of the season, falling to Cal State Fullerton 4-0 on Sunday afternoon in the Four Points University Plaza Arizona Soccer Classic at Murphey Stadium.

Utah, which won its first six games of the season and entered the weekend with a No. 25 ranking in the NSCAA/adidas poll, also fell to No. 22 Arizona 1-0 in overtime on Friday night.

The Titans (6-2) outshot the Utes 28-7 and had a 13-1 advantage in corner kicks. Ute goalkeeper Ashley Mason made nine saves to keep Utah in the game before Cal State Fullerton scored four goals in the final 24 minutes.

Stacey Thompson accounted for the first goal off a corner kick in the 67 minute. Lauren Welch added the second just less than nine minutes later. Kandace Wilson knocked home the final two goals for the Titans in the 79th and 84th minutes.

Amanda Feigt, Melissa Wayman and Amanda Sanchez had shots on goal for the Utes, all denied by Titan keeper Karen Bardsley.

Utah plays its third consecutive road game at Utah State on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. The Utes host California next Sunday at 1:00 p.m. at Ute Field.
