CSU Women's Golf News Rams finish fifth at Ron Moore.

The Colorado State women's golf squad finished fifth at the Ron Moore Women's Intercollegiate at the Highlands Ranch Golf Club in Highlands Ranch, Colo. The team finished 14 strokes behind first-place San Francisco. The Rams were in third-place after the first two rounds after scores of 299 and 306, but shot a third round 317 to drop into fifth. Top Performers... Lynette Duran posted the team's best total on Tuesday with a three-over 75 to finish second on the squad with a 231 for the tournament while Trisha Quick and Highlands Ranch native Chelsea Benton scored a 232 and 234, respectively. Kristen Campos rounded out the CSU scoring with a three-day total of 236.

Noteworthy... The Heather Farr/CU Memorial tournament consists of 36 holes, not the usual 54. Margaret Garehime passed Lynette Duran as the team's leader in strokes
per round, with an average of 75.00.
