FORT COLLINS, Colo. - The Colorado State women's golf team will host the sixth annual Ptarmigan/Ram Fall Classic on Sept. 8-9 at Ptarmigan Country Club in Windsor, Colo.

The Colorado State women's golf team will host the sixth annual Ptarmigan/Ram Fall Classic on Sept. 8-9 at Ptarmigan Country Club in Windsor, Colo.

The first day will consist of two rounds beginning with a shoutgun start at 8:30 a.m. The final round will also begin with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday.

The Ptarmigan/Ram Fall Classic is the first tournament for the Rams this season. Colorado State finished second in last year's tournament with an 886, 10 strokes behind champion Baylor.

Last year, Colorado State junior Lynette Duran finshed second after losing in a playoff to Nebraska's Sarah Sasse. Duran won the Ptarmigan/Ram Fall Classic as a freshman in 2001.

Results for the Ptarmigan/Ram Fall Classic will be posted on CSURAMS.com following the completion of each day's rounds.
