To earn consideration for the award, the student-athletes must have a GPA over 3.50 and must have played in over 50 percent of all regularly scheduled rounds during the season.

Ferguson, a recently graduated senior out of Broomfield, Colo., earned the NGCA All-American Scholar award for the second time in her career at Colorado State, acquiring the honor in her freshman year. With a degree in corporate finance and real estate, Ferguson finished with a GPA of 3.54. She capped off her career for the Rams by competing in all five of the fall tournaments and shot a career-low round of 69 at the Las Vegas Collegiate Showdown.

Martin, a sophomore out of Grand Junction, Colo., finished her first year at CSU with a 3.50 GPA in natural sciences. She also finished the season with a stroke average of 75.27.
