Colorado Springs, Colo. ­ BYU and New Mexico will represent the Mountain West Conference in the NCAA Women¹s Golf West Regional May 11-13 on the Karsten Golf Course in Tempe, Ariz. Wyoming¹s Jordan Lintz, who recently won the individual title at the Mountain West Conference women¹s golf championship, and San Diego State¹s Heather Rollo were also selected to participate as individuals in the West Regional.

The West Regional consists of 24 teams and six individuals from the West and Far West Districts who will be trying to qualify for the NCAA Women¹s Golf Championships to be held May 24-27 at the Pumpkin Ridge Golf Course in Sunriver, Ore. The finals will be hosted by Oregon State University. Eleven teams and three individuals will advance from the East and West Regionals. Two remaining teams will be allocated from the region with the most teams ranked in the top-24.

The Karsten Golf Course is a par 72 on 6,090 yards. Eighteen holes will be played each of the three days with the top-four scores counting toward the overall team total.
