ORLANDO, Fla. -- TCU has been named Golfweek's Women's Team of the Week.

The Horned Frogs rallied from a 6-stroke deficit in the final round to win the Mountain West Conference Championship in St. George, Utah. No. 24 TCU shot a 13-over-par 297 to overtake 15th-ranked BYU for the title. The Frogs also finished ahead of No. 17 New Mexico.

TCU will make its 12th consecutive NCAA postseason appearance when the regional field is announced Monday.
