WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - UNLV freshman golfer Sunny Oh improved her standing at the NCAA Championship at Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex with a second-round score of four-over-par 76 and moved up two places to sit in a three-way tie for 21st place on Wednesday.

After two rounds, Oh is the top performer among those competing as individuals (78-76--154). The first Rebel to ever play in the national tournament, she turned in a birdie, two bogeys and a triple-bogey during the second round on the par-72, 6,225-yard Kampen Course.

No player shot under par for the second day in a row and Oh is seven shots back of leader Annie Thurman of Oklahoma State, who shot two-over today and sits at three-over for the tournament (73-74--147).

USC (305-303--608; 32-over) continues to hold the team lead, three shots ahead of Oklahoma State (309-302--611).
