This week's Mountain West women's basketball schedule features five games against Pac-12 opponents. Three games will be on Wednesday night with Colorado State at Colorado, USC at Fresno State and San Diego State at Washington.

Fresno State junior Ki-Ki Moore faced her former school, Washington State, last week and scored 27 points, one point shy of her career-high ... Nevada's Danika Sharp tied a career-high with 21 points against Cal Poly on Dec. 2. The Wolf Pack heads to Portland and Oregon this week ... New Mexico (6-2) is off to its best start since the 2008-09 season. Five different players have led the team in scoring through the first eight games ... Wednesday's game at Washington will be San Diego State's Beth Burns' 600th game as a head coach ... UNLV senior Kelli Thompson was named to the ASU Classic All-Tournament Team last week. She scored a season-high 27 points against then No. 23/22 Dayton during the tournament ... Wyoming is now 4-0 on the season if the Cowgirls score 70 or more points in a game. UW has won by an average of 23.3 points in those victories.
An International Flavor ... Mountain West women's basketball rosters feature 14 international student-athletes in 2012-13. Five hail from Australia, two from Canada, and one each from Latvia, Belgium, Gabon, Guadeloupe, Germany, Senegal and Serbia.
Durbin named Senior CLASS Award Top 30 Candidate ... New Mexico senior Caroline Durbin has been named a candidate for the Senior CLASS award, one of 30 selected. The award is an acronym for Celebrating Loyalty and Achievement for Staying in School. It focuses on the total student-athlete experience and encourages students to use their platform in athletics to make a positive impact as leaders in their communities.
