As the final weekend of regular-season competition approaches, the MWC race is still extremely tight. Utah earned the No. 1 seed in the Phillips 66 MWC Women's Basketball Championship with its 15-0 conference record, while TCU (12-3) and Wyoming (12-4) are still battling it out for second place.

New Mexico's Dionne Marsh scored 27 points in the win at UNLV. She is just 11 points shy of breaking Abby Garchek's record of 1,837 career points to the Lobos' all-time leading scorer.
New Mexico shot a season-best 59.1 percent (26-for-44) from the field in the win over UNLV. The Lobos shot over 50 percent for the first time since shooting 55.9 (vs. UNLV) and 54.4 percent (at CSU) in back-to-back games on Feb. 2 and 6, respectively.
UNLV's Sequoia Holmes and Shamela Hampton combined for 49 of the Rebels' 65 total points in the loss to New Mexico. The duo has combined to score 51 percent of UNLV's points this season.

TCU's win over Air Force marked its 400th all-time victory in the Horned Frogs' women's basketball history.
With the win, TCU moved into second place in the MWC standings. The Horned Frogs have never finished below third place in final league standings.
TCU shot 51.6 percent in win over the Falcons, marking only the third time this season the Horned Frogs have shot better than 50 percent. TCU has won three straight games by at least 30 points.
Air Force senior Pamela Findlay played her best conference game of the season for the Falcons, leading the team with 17 points on 7-of-10 shooting. Findlay hit six of Air Force's first eight baskets in the second half.

With the victory over Colorado State, Utah has won a school record 21 straight games, ranking second in the nation.
Utah's Morgan Warburton scored a game-high 25 points vs. the Rams. The junior has scored in double-figures in every game this season and 31 overall, dating back to last season.
In her last home game, CSU senior Sara Hunter scored a team-high 21 points, including seven 3-point baskets. The 21 point effort marked her 11th career game scoring 20+ points.

Wyoming's win gave the Cowgirls a 12-4 final conference record. Wyoming has earned at least 10 conference wins the last three consecutive season.
Wyoming Head Coach Joe Legerski earned his 99th career win in the victory over the Rams. He is just one win shy of 100, becoming the eighth active MWC women's basketball coach to reach the feat.
BYU's loss to Wyoming put its conference record at 7-8. The Cougars have only finished the conference season below .500 once (2003-04, 5-9) as a member of the MWC.
