  • Utah has now won 18 straight games, tying the school record and ranking second in the nation.

  • New Mexico is 3-4 at The Pit in MWC play this season with one game remaining. The Lobos haven't had a losing record in conference home games since the 1994-95 season.

Wyoming 88, UNLV 78
Las Vegas, Nev. Sat., Feb. 23, 2008

  • Wyoming scored 88 points in the win over UNLV, marking the first game this season the Cowgirls have scored over 80 points.
  • The win marked Wyoming head coach Joe Legerski's 97th career win. He is just three victories short of reaching 100 wins, becoming the eighth active MWC coach to reach the milestone.
  • UNLV was the first team to score 70+ points on the Cowgirls this season. The 88-78 score was also the most combined score in a Lady Rebel contest since a 92-87 win over Colorado State on Jan. 22, 2004.
