Utah continues to pace the MWC, posting an 8-0 record in conference play. Wyoming and TCU are tied for second with 6-2 records, while BYU stands in fourth place with a 5-3 league mark.

- The Utes have now won 14 straight games, its longest win streak since winning 15 straight games in the 2000-01 season.
- Utah remains in first place in the MWC race with a perfect 8-0 record.
- Utah's Leilani Mitchell and Kalee Whipple scored 26 and 21 points, respectively, in the win. The game marked the fourth time this season at least two Utes have scored 20+ points in the same game.
- UNLV had three players in double-figures, Sequoia Holmes (17), Dominique Harris (14) and Shamela Hampton (10).

- San Diego State's win over Air Force marked its fourth straight victory, evening its conference record at 4-4. The four-game winning streak in conference play is its first since winning eight consecutive contests to finish the 1997 campaign as members of the Western Athletic Conference.
- With the win, the Aztecs exceeded their win total of 12 from last season and now have their most victories since the 2000-01 team that won 13 times.
- The Falcons played in front of a season-high crowd of 2,295 at Clune Arena. It marked the second-straight game the Falcons have averaged over 2,000 fans.

- New Mexico's Angela Hartill earned her first start in five games to record a career-high 16 points in the win. Teammate Dionne Marsh scored a game-high 23 points in only 24 minutes of action.
- The win over Colorado State marked Head Coach Don Flanagan's 275th career win. He joins Elaine Elliott (528) at Utah and Jeff Mittie (337) at TCU as the only MWC coaches to reach the milestone.
- The Rams got a boost from their bench players in the game as Emily Neal (13), Amaka Uzomah (10) and Bonnie Barbee (10) combined for 33 of CSU's 47 total points.

- The win over the Cougars marked the Horned Frogs' third straight victory, matching their longest winning streak of the season, and pushed the team to a season-high four games above the .500 mark.
- TCU's Helena Sverrisdottir posted her first career double-double with 14 points and a career-high 11 rebounds. She joined Lorie Butler-Rayford (twice) and Micaela Younger (once) as the only Frogs with a double-double this season.
- BYU's Mallary Gillespie-Carling scored 11 points in the loss, marking her team-leading 15th game this season in double figures.
