ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - The University of New Mexico men's tennis team has been named to the ITA All-Academic Team for the first time in school history.

The ITA All-Academic Team award is open to any ITA program that has a team grade point average of 3.20 or above (on a 4.00 scale). The Lobos G.P.A. for the 2002-2003 season was 3.52, the highest for a UNM men's team.

Seniors Divan Coetzee and Jasmin Hodzic, juniors David Kowalski and Ryan Stotland and sophomore Eric Conklin were also named ITA Scholar Athletes. In order to earn ITA Scholar-Athlete status a player must obtain a grade point average of at least 3.50 for the current academic year.
