Two members of the Air Force men's tennis team were selected to the Mountain West Conference all-academic team Wednesday. Both players, Eric Pittman and Justin Mancinelli, are repeat selections.

Pittman completed his second season as the No. 1 singles player at Air Force with a 16-15 overall singles record and a 13-9 mark in dual matches. He produced an outstanding doubles campaign with teammate Tyler McClung, as the duo went 16-6 overall and 13-5 in duals. Pittman, a senior-to-be from Cincinnati, Ohio, is a two-time all-conference performer in singles, and carries a 3.63 GPA in biology.

Mancinelli, from Oklahoma City, Okla., posted a 19-13 overall singles record in 2001-02, and was 13-8 in dual matches, most at the No. 4 position. He also went 17-11 in doubles play, including a 12-8 record in dual matches. Entering his junior season, Mancinelli has a 3.12 GPA, majoring in biology.
