FORT COLLINS, Colo. - A pair of Colorado State University men's golfers - Geoff Nuwash and Nolan Martin - have qualified for the U.S. Junior Amateur Championships, Aug. 19-25 at the Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills, Mich.

Nuwash will be a senior at Colorado State. He is a native of Fort Collins, who formerly played at Fort Collins High. Martin is a junior from Colorado Springs who will be in his first season of competition at Colorado State in 2002-03.

The pair qualified for the tournament with their play late last month in a tournament held in Denver.
