COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Four members of the University of Utah men's golf team were named to the Mountain West Conference Spring Academic All-Conference Team.

Mike Branca, Chase Hite, Jeff Kitches, and Joe Webber were all recognized by the conference.

In all, Utah had 88 student-athletes recognized on the Spring Academic All-MWC team. The spring team included baseball, softball, men's basketball, women's basketball, men's tennis, women's tennis, men's golf, men's swimming and diving, women's swimming and diving and women's track and field.

To be eligible for selection, student-athletes must have completed at least one academic term at the member institution while maintaining a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better, and be a starter or significant contributor on their athletic team.
