COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The University of New Mexico men's golf team will look to defend their Mountain West Conference Championship this week at the MWC Championships in Sunriver, Oregon, on Thursday, April 29 - Saturday, May 1. The tournament will be 54-holes, 18 played each day, with tee times beginning at 9:30 AM (PDT).
Fans and Media Attending Championship:
Fans and members of the media should be familiar with golf course
etiquette. Admission is free, but media must coordinate interviews
through the MWC media relations contact. Photographers must request a
credential from the MWC office and should obtain the rules and
regulations before proceeding on the course.
Championship Schedule: 54 holes - 18 each day
Tee Times: Thursday-Saturday - 9:30 a.m.
First Round Pairings:
First day pairings were determined by random draw. Individuals shall be
paired with the number five-seeded players teeing off first, number fours
second, number threes third, two's second and one's fifth. No two players
from the same team shall play in the same two-some.
10th Tee
BYU and Air Force tee first/New Mexico and SDSU second.
1st Tee
UNLV and Wyoming tee first/Utah and Colorado State second.
