By Tod Leonard SAN DIEGO - Until that visit to Augusta, Ga., in the summer before his eighth-grade year, San Diego State golfer Mark Warman hadn't given golf much thought. Not in his early childhood, not when he'd already learned how to play a boxful of instruments: trumpet, trombone, drums, bass guitar. When Warman was in the sixth grade, his teacher asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up.
