Colorado Springs, Colo. ­ UNLV senior Jeremy Anderson is the McLeodUSA Mountain West Conference Men's Golfer of the Week after leading the Rebels to a 4th place finish (17 teams) at the John A. Burns Intercollegiate Feb. 23-25 in Honolulu, Hawai`i.

Anderson, from Lakemary, Fla. (Seminole HS), captured his fifth career individual title after shooting a personal-best 18-under par 198 (66-66-66). He finished seven strokes ahead of second place Billy Harvey of BYU. The two-time All-American leads the No. 9-ranked Rebels with a 70.7 stroke average and has shot under par in a team-high 10-of-18 rounds.
