Colorado Springs, Colo.‹Utah (8-3, 5-2) defeated BYU (8-3, 5-2) at Cougar Stadium in Provo, Utah, 20-17 and clinched a share of the MWC title, keeping Colorado State (7-3, 4-2) and Wyoming (7-3, 4-2) in contention for a share of the conference title and a bowl bid.

All four teams remain under consideration for the AXA Liberty Bowl and EA Sports Las Vegas Bowl. The Liberty Bowl selection committee will choose a MWC participant from the pool of MWC co-champions to face Conference USA champion 18th-ranked Southern Miss, which won its conference title today with a 30-27 win at Louisville.

After the Liberty Bowl makes its selection, the EA Las Vegas Bowl can choose from the remaining bowl eligible teams.

Both bowl selections will be announced on either Monday, November 29 or Tuesday, November 30.

BYU and Utah finished the regular season today. On November 27, CSU plays at UNLV and Wyoming travels to San Diego State to close out the season.
