Several Mountain West Conference Football players were selected as first-team Academic All-America selections. Air Force’s Cale Bonds, Scott Becker and Mike Roberts, Wyoming’s Jason Dressen and Utah’s Nick Morgan, Kimball Christianson and Howard Christianson all received the honor.
