Tallahasse - The Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, Inc., (TQC Foundation), the creator and sponsor of the Biletnikoff Award (presented annually to the nation's outstanding college football receiver), has announced New Mexico's Hank Baskett III and Wyoming's Jovon Bouknight are two of 15 semifinalists for the 2005 award.

Baskett currently leads the Mountain West and is ranked fifth in the NCAA averaging 106.3 receiving yards per game. Bouknight ranks third in the Conference and 16th nationally, averaging 97.3 yards per game.

In 1996, former Wyoming Cowboys Marcus Harris won the prestigious Bilitnikoff Award.
