San Diego State Football Player Suspended Aztec tight end Jeremy Justice will not play in the first half of Air Force game
Nov. 11, 2004 SAN DIEGO - San Diego State head football coach Tom Craft has announced that senior tight end Jeremy Justice will not play in the first half of Saturday's game at Air Force. Justice was flagged for a personal foul penalty late in the game at Brigham Young last week, resulting in his first-half suspension against the Falcons. "Sportsmanship is a point of emphasis at San Diego State and within the Mountain West Conference," head coach Tom Craft said. "It is not the type play we will tolerate. We will be a leader in this league and in the country in sportsmanship and fair play." The Mountain West Conference and San Diego State consulted regarding the suspension, in context with the league's Sportsmanship Policy.
