Brianna Burdett of Salt Lake City is the winner of the Week 9 MWC Football Fan Favorite Photo Contest. For her submission, Burdett has won an MWC prize pack, and at the end of the 2009 football regular season, will go head-to-head against all weekly winners for the grand prize: two tickets to an MWC bowl game of her choice.*

HERE'S HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED
To enter the contest, become a fan of the MWC's official Facebook page by visiting www.Facebook.com/MountainWestConference. Then, send your favorite game-day photos via e-mail or mobile device to facebook@themwc.com by 5 p.m. MT on Sundays. Send in pictures of your pre-game tailgate parties and barbeques, photos with the mascot, candids of the kids, or pics of the best dressed fans. You're the fans, so you decide what shots to capture!

Each Monday, the MWC will narrow the field and post the finalists to the official MWC Facebook page. Fans will vote for their favorite by clicking the "like" button for that image. Votes will be accepted until 9 a.m. MT every Friday, and the winner will be announced on TheMWC.com and on the MWC's Facebook page.

The MWC Football Fan Favorite Photo Contest is open to all fans of the official MWC Facebook page. The MWC is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your photos by other Facebook users.

All photos must be consistent with the Football Fan Favorite theme and in compliance with the Contest Rules. The MWC encourages camaraderie and team spirit, but has the following limits on subject matter:

  • NCAA rules prohibit the use of student-athletes in any photos, whether they are participating in the sporting event or not. This includes, but is not limited to, shots of student-athletes at pre-game functions or cheering in the stands.
  • No objectionable content, such as alcohol, smoking, firearms, violence or nudity
  • No content that is defamatory to any group or individual and/or violates any law.

Participants retain ownership rights to their photos, and submissions cannot violate the privacy or intellectual property rights of any person or entity. The MWC reserves the right to remove photos at any time that are not in compliance with the Contest Rules.

DON'T WANT TO COMPETE, BUT STILL WANT TO YOUR SHARE YOUR PHOTOS?
Don't want to compete in the contest, but still want to share your photos? The MWC will also upload your images to our fan photo galleries. Share your photos from other MWC events or from your favorite spots on campus. Are there hidden hot-spots where fans, TV networks and the Conference office staff should eat in your city? Take some photos and send them to Webmaster@themwc.com. Please make sure to include the name of the location and a description of the photo to let us know why this place is a must-visit.
