ESPN College GameDay Built by The Home Depot will broadcast live from the United States Air Force Academy on Saturday, Nov. 7 at 8 a.m. MT, prior to the Air Force - Army football game. The show will be on the Academy Terrazzo and is open to the general public. The Air Force Academy North gate will open at 6 a.m. and shuttle buses will begin taking fans from the front of the Cadet Field House to the Terrazzo beginning at 6:30 a.m. Parking is available in the East lot of the Cadet Field House. The shuttle is the only option for the general public to gain admittance to the event. The public will be limited to hand held cameras only with lenses four inches or less and there will be no food or drinks or bags of any kind allowed. Signs will be permitted, but must meet approval by ESPN and the Academy. The Terrazzo will be cleared immediately following the show. Air Force hosts service academy rival Army later that day, beginning at 1:30 p.m. in Falcon Stadium. The game will be televised by CBS College (CBS C). ESPN will honor veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces with a week of programming called "America's Heroes: A Salute to Our Veterans" from Nov. 4-11. College GameDay host Chris Fowler will be joined by ESPN analysts Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit and Desmond Howard for the live television broadcast. Saturday will mark the crew's third trip to Colorado Springs, as ESPN College GameDay visited the Academy for Air Force's 2001 football game vs. Army and its 2002 game vs. Notre Dame. This will also mark the fifth time in league history, and second time this season, that ESPN College GameDay has appeared on a Mountain West campus. Below are the previous occasions.
