TCU has outscored its last four opponents by an average of 23.5 points per game en route to its' league-leading 5-0 conference record (7-1 overall). The Horned Frogs, who defeated Air Force 48-10 Saturday, play two of their final three games at home as they search for their first league title since 2002. With a league crown this year, TCU will have captured five championships in four different conferences since 1994. An outright league title would be the first for TCU since 1958.

Colorado State defeated Wyoming, 39-31, to improve to 3-1 in MWC play, but the Rams travel for three of their remaining four contests. CSU travels to TCU Nov. 5.

New Mexico is 3-2 in the conference and also plays two of its final three contests at home, including a matchup vs. the Rams Friday (Oct. 28) on ESPN2. The Lobos defeated San Diego State 47-24 Saturday as DonTrell Moore rushed for 162 yards and a TD. Moore needs just 32 yards to reach 1,000 for a fourth consecutive year.

BYU returns to league play this week after falling at Notre Dame, 23-49, Saturday. The Cougars, 2-2 in the MWC, host Air Force this week. In other league action last week, Utah defeated UNLV, 42-32, in Las Vegas.

In all non-league games, the MWC is now 13-13. The MWC is 4-5 in road/neutral games vs. automatic-qualifying BCS conferences (5-7 overall).
