LAS VEGAS - UNLV sophomore Sergio Aguayo has been named one of this week's Lou Groza Collegiate Place-kicker Award Top Three Stars of the Week.

Aguayo hit two career-long 52-yard field goals during the final five minutes to give UNLV a 13-10 victory over San Diego State on Saturday, which marked his second game-winning kick of the season. Also kicking off for the first time, 12 of his 25 attempts have resulted in touchbacks.

The other two Stars of the Week were Minnesota's Jason Giannini, who kicked the game-winner over Michigan on Saturday, and Navy's Joey Bullen, whose 46-yard field goal with a second remaining finished off the Midshipmen's comeback against Air Force.

The 2005 winner of the Lou Groza Collegiate Place-Kicker Award is presented by the FedEx Orange Bowl and will be announced on Dec. 8, during the ESPN Home Depot College Football Award Show in Orlando, Florida.
