The Air Force Academy Athletic Association is featuring the Second Annual Tickets for Troops campaign so fans and graduates can help enlisted members of the local military community attend Falcon Football games. Fans can support the program by purchasing football season tickets and helping underwrite the cost of a season ticket for enlisted members and their families. Fans can purchase a $100 season ticket beginning today that will be offered to an enlisted member and their family at a heavily discounted price at all local service bases. This purchase will then be made available to enlisted members at just $4.00 per game or $20 for the season to Air Force football in a reserved sections normally costing $144.

Air Force opens the season Saturday, Sept 5, against Nicholls State at noon in Falcon Stadium. The Falcons' home schedule also includes visits by Mountain West Conference opponents San Diego State, TCU, Wyoming and UNLV. The team will also host service academy rival Army on Saturday, Nov. 7, at 1:30 p.m. in Falcon Stadium. "An Air Force Academy football game is one of the most unique experiences in all of college football," head coach Troy Calhoun said. "By supporting Tickets for Troops, you are going to help the soldiers and airmen who protect our freedoms enjoy a positive game day experience at Falcon Stadium."
