COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Mountain West announced today its Conference football match-ups for the next two years. Following a seven-game (eight-member) league slate in 2011, the scheduling format for the new 10-member football lineup during the 2012 and 2013 seasons will consist of eight Conference games. Each team's home and away opponents will reverse during the two-year period and the same league member will be missed both years.

The actual schedules for those two seasons, including dates, times and telecast information, will be constructed on an annual basis.

Last week, the Mountain West announced the MW Board of Directors had also formally adopted an eight-game structure for the 2014 football season and beyond. The league opponents and rotation for those future seasons have yet to be determined.

Beginning in the fall of 2012, Mountain West football membership will include: United States Air Force Academy; Boise State University; California State University, Fresno; Colorado State University; University of Hawai`i; University of Nevada, Reno; University of New Mexico; San Diego State University; UNLV and University of Wyoming.
