COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Wyoming rallied from a 19-point deficit to defeat Illinois State, 81-67, on Wednesday. With the win, the Mountain West clinched the Mountain West-Missouri Valley Challenge, taking a 5-3 lead with one game left to play. In other non-conference action, No. 21/18 UNLV earned a 68-60 victory at Portland, while Nevada fell at Pacific, 78-72, in overtime.
