COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Air Force senior Grant Parker has been named the Mountain West Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week for games through November 29. This is the first weekly accolade of Parker's career.

A 6-8 forward from Aurora, Colo., Parker led the Falcons to a home non-conference victory over Charleston Southern (68-58) last week. Parker scored a game-high 25 points and pulled down a career-best 11 rebounds to tally his first-ever double-double, and the first by an Air Force player since Nov. 16, 2008. He shot 7-for-13 from the field and hit 10-of-12 attempts from the charity stripe. Parker also went 1-of-3 from behind the arc and dished out three assists.
