UNLV sits a half-game back of league-leading BYU following its win over Colorado State on Saturday. In other league action, TCU upset San Diego State, while Utah beat Air Force and New Mexico topped Wyoming.

- New Mexico's 45-point win tied the league record for largest margin of victory in a conference contest, originally set by Air Force against Wyoming (88-43) on Feb. 3, 2007.
- J.R. Giddens' career-high 36 points were the most points by a Lobo since Ruben Douglas scored 39 in a 76-69 win over No. 22 Utah on March 1, 2003.
