COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Wins by UNLV and No. 15/23 New Mexico on Saturday created a three-way logjam atop the Mountain West Conference men's basketball standings. The Runnin' Rebels stunned No. 12/12 BYU, 88-74, while the Lobos escaped with an 88-86 overtime victory vs. San Diego State. BYU, New Mexico and UNLV now all own identical 7-2 marks in league play. In other MWC action, Colorado State completed an in-season sweep of Wyoming (80-64), while TCU picked up its first Conference road win of the 2009-10 campaign by beating host Air Force (65-51).
